After about a month and a half of light duty use (lifting the boxes in and out of the back seat of my truck) I noticed a break in one of the side handles (see photos). It's not like I'm throwing them in box of the truck and they are getting banged around. I'm returning it to see if I have better luck with the replacement. Note: My tough system toolbox with wheels and medium tool box have had no issues. However, two in a row of my tough system organizers with clear lids have had issues within the first two weeks under very light duty (broken yellow clip and crack in side of case).

Drawers are not to deep or big
Compared to the other tough system boxes i have, it is not as durable (the box isn't as TOUGH)
Im a finishing carpenter in and out of jobs sites all week. I keep my drills in the drawers for fast access, IN LOVE with the drawer idea. i wish they were bigger and deeper so i can fit my planners and belt sanders in them than i would buy more.

Not happy first thing is arrived poorly packaged the black plastic looks a odd shade compared to my other tough system's.
Plastic draws are flimsy also looks to me like someone else has used a screwdriver to get the top drawer open, as top drawer catch is not working correctly I'm thinking it was broken when sent as metal tube was in the bottom drawer, by the looks of it, it's a poorly designed afterthought it supports the weight from the top drawer to help stop it from jamming the bottom one, just held on with two small screws that have broken with the Reminders of some black plastic on them. There also seems to be a rattle sound from broken plastic inside wouldn't say it would be very safe to stand on without breaking, after some short time more so with some sunshine on it I'm thinking it will make it more brittle in a short period.
Amazon shame on you as well keep hanging up on me and now they have blocked my number not happy, wouldn't recommend and stuck with this now.

Love these drawers, they seem to get bad / negative comments online but they're great if you have a toughsystem already. Mine close perfect, seem very sturdy like the rest of the system, little bit expensive unless you shop around as they are in such short supply.
